Of course, we understands that clients are concerned about what to do with their extra luggage in Cusco while they are touring or trekking. we suggest you leave your extra luggage in our office. Either you can store it at your hotels in Cusco if you are returning to the same hotel, Both are for free. But if you prefer to use our store for your extra luggage You can still store your extra luggage with KENKO ADVENTURES. We have a safe room for extra luggage and we will give a ticket to our clients, which identifies your luggage.
When should I give to KENKO ADVENTURES My Extra Luggage?
The perfect time to give us extra luggage is the morning or day that you are picked up at your hotel by our DRIVER and transportation to begin your trek or tour. You can leave it with him and he will bring it to the office to be stored in our office.

If you have a hotel in Urubamba or Ollantaytambo before start the Inca Trail tour or Machu Picchu tour, of course, you can store your extra luggage with KENKO ADVENTURES. All you need to do is give your excess luggage to our DRIVER when he picks you up. And our HE will take your extra luggage to our Cusco Office where we will store it until our clients come back to Cusco. If any of our clients are not coming back to Cusco, please inform us at your briefing time or before and you will have PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION that picks you up in Ollantaytambo when you Will ending your trip from Machu Picchu and he Will give you back extra luggage and then he Will drive you to your next hotel or next destinations.

The clients that are doing the 1 day or 2 days Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu and have a extra night in Machu Picchu. Please, carry only a limited about of personal items and cloths in their backpack. Also, those that are doing Machu Picchu tour in a day can only take on the train to Machu Picchu a carry on size suitcase or medium size backpack. The train does not allow anymore
