They are those tours that demand a lot of physical activity and adequate preparation and a very good physical condition is required. These tours are usually hikes that go from 3 days to 7 days, where you walk every day between 6 and 7 hours where it is done for more than 1000 meters and likewise descends hundreds of meters by very steep steps.

it is suggested to have a preparation at least 2 months in advance with activities that help strengthen the muscles of the legs with a good technique to hold your breath as these tours generally cover heights over 14,000 feet above the mountains in very rough terrain and very low temperatures as well as very high temperatures.
